Help us welcome our new pastry chef to our Serenity Knoll family! Ashley is originally from the West Coast and is a Culinary Institute of America graduate. This baking class designed for beginners offers an engaging introduction to the art of sourdough and focaccia baking. Participants will learn to create delicious sourdough focaccia with various exciting toppings. The class provides a hands-on experience, ensuring that even those with no baking experience can successfully bake their sourdough focaccia. Additionally, attendees will receive a complimentary sourdough starter to take home, allowing them to continue their baking journey and experiment with recipes long after the class has ended.
