The Saint Patrick’s Day cooking class will feature the preparation of Guinness Beef Stew, a traditional Irish dish, Welsh Rarebit, and Soda Bread. The class will demonstrate the preparation process, cooking techniques, and tips for serving a St. Patrick’s Day feast. Bring a beer stein and a brew to accompany your meal!
