Get ready for Thanksgiving in the kitchen! In this hands-on cooking class Chef Evan Waters and his students will learn to prepare three traditional holiday favorites from scratch: creamy mashed potatoes, buttery glazed carrots, and homemade cornbread stuffing. Students will develop basic cooking skills while learning about seasoning, preparation, and bringing classic holiday flavors together. Everyone will enjoy the satisfaction of making these delicious dishes and, best of all, each student will take home a portion of all three creations to share and enjoy at home!
