Join Chef Sheridan to learn to elevate your cooking repertoire with a Mediterranean-inspired menu. These classes are perfect for the summer season and Al Fresco dining. We’ll prepare Beef or Lamb Pistachio Kebabs with Garlic Yogurt & Turkish Spoon Salad, and Roasted Artichoke Hearts & Preserved Lemon with Gnocchi will be on the menu. Class II of a four-part series.
