In this class, we’ll prepare Passatelli En Brodo, Italian Salad with Shrimp, Rosa di Parma, Rare Roasted Beef Fillet Stuffed with Prosciutto, and Zabaglione for dessert.  Emilia-Romagna is regarded as Italy’s culinary heart and is celebrated nationally and internationally for its exceptional food traditions and artisanal products. The region is often described as the birthplace of many iconic Italian foods and is revered by food lovers, chefs, and travelers alike for its depth and quality of cuisine. The region is the original home of Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan cheese), Prosciutto di Parma (Parma ham), traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena, and Mortadella di Bologna.
