You will learn how to make Armadillo eggs in this fantastic class! Stuffed jalapenos wrapped with sausage and hamburger meat, which are then wrapped in bacon. As the eggs cook, the bacon begins to look like the bands of an armadillo. Then we will learn how to cook Texas chili. That chili will be served over Fritos to make a Frito pie.
