(ITALY) – Cacio e Pepe: Travel back in time with us to central Italy, Rome, to be exact, with just four ingredients. Translated to “cheese and pepper,” this dish is as Roman as the ancient Colosseum but far more enjoyable. Together, we will look into the history of this dish, from the spices and quality ingredients to its modern alternatives—oh, and, of course, we will be tasting our hands-on creation!
