We will learn to make a lovely Italian meal with a wine pairing. Crespelle are Tuscan crepes that can be used in place of pasta. Our Crespelle will be filled with Prosciutto and cheese. We will also prepare Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert. A Serenity Knoll Farm side salad with our fantastic Encore Lettuce will be served!
