In this class, we will focus on making homemade tortillas. We will make the dough from masa harina, demonstrate how to use a press or rolling pin, and prepare simple taco fillings, such as Chicken or Beef. A Black Bean vegetarian option will be available. Tacos will be served with Guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. We will also make a mild salsa. Recipes are provided.
