Strawberries grow exceptionally well here in East Tennessee. Join Chef Evan to learn how to make the most of this all too fleeting time! We'll make Strawberry Jam, Strawberry Chutney, and of course, Strawberry Shortcake! Mastering the art of making jam and chutney will allow you to enjoy the delightful flavor of local strawberries well into the future. You will take home a jar of each jam and chutney, and we'll feast on shortcake after class. Jars will be provided.
