Roll up your sleeves! Together, we’ll make fresh pasta from scratch. You’ll learn the
traditional techniques of pasta-making and enjoy your creation with two different
homemade sauces.
Second Course: Polpettone with Roasted Potatoes
Our main course will be a comforting and flavorful polpettone (Italian meatloaf), served alongside oven-roasted potatoes — just like Nonna makes.
Dessert: Tiramisu
To finish the evening in true Italian style, indulge in a rich and creamy tiramisu, made the traditional way.
