Unlock the art of crafting refreshing, alcohol-free summer mocktails using fresh ingredients and homemade syrups. This hands-on class teaches you how to build flavor, balance sweetness and acidity, and create beautiful drinks that everyone can enjoy. Whether hosting a party or elevating your at-home beverage game, you’ll leave with the skills to impress. We will make three signature cocktail syrups and three signature cocktails.  

Strawberry Basil Syrup, Ginger Lime Syrup, and Honey Lavender Syrup will be prepared to make Blushing Breeze, Zesty Ginger Fizz, and Lavender Lemon Cooler, as well as other mocktails you may have ideas for! Techniques for making syrups (hot infusion, cold infusion, maceration) will be covered. We’ll have free-style crafting time at the end of the class. A meal will be provided.
