Join Chef Karla to learn how to make Fideuà, a seafood pasta with delicate, thin noodles, saffron, and lots of fresh shellfish like squid, mussels, and shrimp or prawns.  The dish originated in Gandia, a town on the Mediterranean coast south of Valencia. Legend dates its invention back to the early 1900s. It is similar to Paella, but it is prepared with noodles instead of rice and relies on the region’s abundant seafood.
