On their farm, Krystal and her husband share a symbiotic partnership: he cultivates the crops, and she handles their preservation. Her expertise spans water bath canning, pressure canning, fermentation, and freeze drying, all aimed at stocking our shelves with nutrient-dense, organically grown foods. Mastering the art of food preservation is a crucial skill for everyone! At the end of the class, each child will take home a jar of Sauerkraut.
