This class will feature some of our favorite French classics. One of them is Julia Child’s Bouillabaisse with Sauce Rouille, a dish that remains strictly Provençal, with its unique blend of local herbs, and specific serving ritual. A typical Provençal Salad will be served, as well as a fantastic Olive, Fig, & Honey Tapenade. A French Rosé will be served with the meal.
