Join Chef Evan for another great pie class! For this take-home pie class, we will make two pies from scratch —a savory and a sweet one—a Chicken Pot Pie with Cognac and Herbs to take home and bake later. We’ll also make an Old-Fashioned Lemon Chess Pie, which we’ll finish in class to take home and eat.
