Welcome to Your Mediterranean Cooking Experience!

Learn to make three beautifully curated dishes that celebrate fresh ingredients, time-honored techniques, and the joy of sharing a meal.

Our centerpiece is the Italian Beef Braciole – a classic dish that transforms thinly sliced steak into tender, flavor-packed rolls filled with savory Prosciutto, nutty Pecorino Romano, garlic, a touch of lemon zest, and hearty breadcrumbs. After a golden sear, these rolls will be gently braised in rich tomato sauce until they melt in your mouth.

Next, we’ll lighten things up with a twist on a beloved Italian starter: a Deconstructed Caprese Salad. Dive into a celebration of Tomatoes, Tomatoes, and more Tomatoes—each bursting with sweet and tangy summer flavor—paired with fragrant basil, creamy fresh mozzarella, zesty vinaigrette, and rustic chunks of ciabatta that soak up all the goodness.

Finally, we’ll end our culinary adventure on a sweet note with a chilled and silky Panna Cotta, delicately tangy and the perfect canvas for a medley of summer berries—a refreshing and elegant finale to a delicious meal.
