In this class, Chef Evan will guide you through making Bourbon pecan pie with traditional pie dough rolled out and formed and blind baked. Dark chocolate mousse pie with chocolate cookie butter pressed in crust and candy cane sprinkles. Fruits of the Forest Berry Galette. A free-formed crust that’s elegantly rustic.
