LOW COUNTRY BOIL w/ CHEF NATHAN BRAND, JULY 3RD AT 6PM, $70 PER PERSON, BYOB

July 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$70.00

Join us for a hands-on, coastal-inspired cooking experience centered around one of the South’s most iconic communal meals—the Low Country Boil.

In this class, we’ll walk through the art of building a perfectly seasoned boil from the ground up: balancing spice, layering flavors, and timing each ingredient so everything finishes at its peak. You’ll learn how to confidently scale this classic for a crowd while keeping it simple, rustic, and full of flavor.

Together, we’ll prepare a traditional spread of shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, and aromatics, all simmered in a deeply seasoned broth and finished the way it’s meant to be served—poured straight onto the table for a shared, hands-on feast.

Along the way, we’ll cover:

  • Building a balanced boil seasoning from scratch
  • Choosing the right seafood, sausage, and vegetables
  • Timing and sequencing for perfect texture
  • Scaling for backyard gatherings, parties, and events
  • Simple finishing sauces and flavor upgrades

This is casual, interactive cooking at its best—big flavors, big pots, and a meal designed for gathering.

Come hungry and leave confident in your ability to host a crowd-pleasing Low Country Boil anywhere.
