This class will demonstrate making fresh laminated pasta and introduce you to our micro greens and salad mixes. Laminated pasta is made by pressing multiple layers of pasta dough together and then rolling it out to create one dough sheet. This creates a unique texture with the layers of dough, resulting in a chewy and slightly crunchy pasta. The laminated dough can incorporate herbs, spices, and other flavorings.
