For this class, Brad will help you prepare Cheese-Stuffed Ravioli as an introduction to how Italians eat and think about dining. Your experience will include tasting antipasti (Italian appetizers) and making hands-on Ravioli, a first Course (i Primi), Wine Accompaniments (i Vini), and something sweet (dolce) to round it all off. Brad started cooking in High School, learning a love of food and its preparation from his Ukrainian Mennonite family. Over four decades, he has worked with outstanding professionals and home cooks on cookbook introductions, television shows, and large party dinners.
