We will learn to make a lovely Italian meal accompanied by a wine pairing. Crespelle are Tuscan crepes that can be used in place of pasta. They can be stuffed and rolled like cannelloni or layered as you would make a lasagna. Crespelle is often served with a sweet filling. We will also prepare Panna Cotta, a classic Italian custard. We will also be serving a Serenity Knoll Farm side salad with our fantastic Encore Lettuce!
