Lasagna alla Bolognese: An Icon Revealed

This class is devoted to the craft of authentic Lasagna alla Bolognese. You will prepare spinach-enriched green pasta dough, a smooth besciamella, and a slow-cooked Bolognese ragù — the soulful heart of the dish. Each participant assembles their own lasagna to bake at home, and we close the evening by sharing a freshly baked pan together.​
