This is the second class in our Regional American Series. Tex Mex began as an abbreviation for the Texas and Mexico Railroad in 1875. It later referred to the Texans of Mexican descent or “Tejanos” and their outstanding culinary contributions, which have since spread to the rest of the country. You’ll learn to make Baked Egg and Chorizo Enchiladas, Skillet Chipotle Chilaquiles with Eggs, and Tropical Fresh Fruit Salad. Frozen Margaritas will be served.
