This is the second class of the series. The focus will be on making Dashi Broth, the base of almost all Okinawan dishes. This delicious menu will feature the following:

Red Miso Soup with Spinach
Steamed Purple Sweet Potatoes
Okinawa Glazed Greens
Okinawan Rice Noodle Bowls
Foamy golden milk

The Blue Zones areas of the world have the healthiest, longest-living populations, including Okinawa, Japan; Sardinia, Italy; Nicoya, Costa Rica; Ikaria, Greece; and Loma Linda, California. In this new four-part series, you will join Chef Karla to learn about these incredible cuisines!
