THE CUISINE OF CUBA w/ CHEF KARLA GRIMALDI, MARCH 15TH at 6PM, $65 PER PERSON, BYOB

Cuban cuisine blends indigenous Taina foods, Spanish, African & Caribbean since Havana was a central trading post.
We will learn how to make soffrito, the base of many dishes, Congri or Black Beans & Rice, Picadillo,  a savory stew, & Tostones with Mojo sauce.
We will end the meal with Pastelitos de Guayaba, a pastry filled with Guava.
