Experience an Authentic Southern Italian Dinner! Have you ever been to a true Southern Italian dinner? Now’s your chance! Join us for a special evening filled with flavor, tradition, and hands-on cooking. This immersive culinary class will take you through a four-course Italian meal, guided by an authentic Italian chef.

Antipasti (Appetizers) Upon Arrival

As you settle in, enjoy a variety of traditional antipasti including:

Caprese salad, fresh bread with olive oil, mozzarella and prosciutto, marinated olives, grilled zucchini with goat cheese

First Course: Fresh Pasta Workshop

Roll up your sleeves! Together, we’ll make fresh pasta from scratch. You’ll learn the traditional techniques of pasta-making and enjoy your creation with two different homemade sauces.

Second Course: Polpettone with Roasted Potatoes

Our main course will be a comforting and flavorful polpettone (Italian meatloaf), served alongside oven-roasted potatoes — just like Nonna makes.

Dessert: Tiramisu
