Meditation is about centering our attention and focusing it on the present moment. Its benefits are far-encompassing, but they are best experienced! To do that, join us for one (or better yet all) of our Meditation Sessions on the Porch. These will be brief and well-instructed sessions appropriate for all levels of students. This class is focused on the loving-kindness Meditation, which connects us to our heart space. This practice is focused on bringing love and compassion to not only ourselves but the world. It will be a guided meditation and include gentle movement to stretch before our stillness practice. Light snacks and herbal teas are included.
