Meditation is about centering our attention and focusing it on the present moment. Its benefits are far-encompassing, but they are best experienced! To do that, join us for one (or better yet, all) of our Meditation Sessions on the Porch. These will be brief and well-instructed sessions appropriate for all levels of students. This class will begin with a discussion about Meditation and simple techniques you can incorporate into your everyday life. There is a type of Meditation for everyone, so this class will focus on students experiencing meditations that engage our senses in different ways, letting people observe what resonates most for them. Light snacks and herbal teas are included.
