Chef Karla will teach you how to make Kibbeh- the National food of Lebanon, football-shaped croquettes made from lamb & beef with labneh for dipping. Adasbi- a lemony lentil soup, Tabbouleh Salad, and Crunchy Pistachio cookies. You’ll learn authentic techniques for mastering balanced flavors and understanding Lebanese hospitality through shared meals, blending traditional Levantine flavors with influences from Turkish, Arab, and French cooking.
