HERBAL INFUSIONS, DECOCTIONS, TEAS AND TEA CEREMONY WITH LESLEY VERNON, MARCH 9TH 2:00 PM, $45 PER PERSON

Participants will explore the rich history, therapeutics, and numerous benefits of herbal tisanes & teas, decoctions, and infusions. You will learn the creative art and science behind formulating tea blends. We will learn about the actions, properties, and energetics of over 15 herbs. Participants will then create a unique, personalized blend to take home and enjoy.

We will then hold an enchanting tea ceremony to integrate the information and find connection, clarity, peace, and a sense of community through this ancient ritual. Participants should bring a pen and journal. Herbal Medicine products will be available for purchase after the event.
