Learn the craft behind crispy fried chicken + yeast-raised waffles in a hands-on 2.5-hour class built for real results. You’ll work with fresh, high-quality ingredients while using restaurant-style technique to nail the details—especially overnight fermented waffle batter for waffles that are light, crispy, and fluffy, and overnight buttermilk-brined chicken for maximum flavor and juiciness.
We’ll finish with bold, balanced toppings designed to elevate the plate: bourbon-maple reduction, hot honey–sherry vinegar glaze, and savory miso-chive butter for an umami-forward first bite.
