Have you ever wanted to learn how to store your garden for the winter? Many people of these mountains used lacto-fermentation. Lacto-fermentation has many health benefits associated with it beyond preserving the harvest. Lacto-fermentation is preserving food using a brine (salt water). Join Ellen as she teaches you to preserve the harvest and to eat healthier.
You will need to bring 2 quart canning (about the size of a spaghetti jar) jar. The jars will be filled with goodies for you to take home.
