We will start with a fresh filet of salmon and top it with everyone’s favorite Greek Pie filling, Spanakopita, a savory mixture of fresh spinach, herbs, and feta cheese. We will then wrap it in flaky phyllo dough and bake it. Roasted Lemon Potatoes and Horiatiki salad will accompany the meal.
