Alongside his wife and culinary partner, Susana Mijares, Nacho co-owns Délice Chocolatier & Patisserie in San Antonio, where their inventive confections and pastries have earned national attention. He has since become a familiar face on Food Network, appearing as a judge on Candy Land and as a featured guest on fan favorites like Thanksgiving Pie Fight, Girl Scout Cookie Championship, and Gingerbread Showdown.
