Hands-on cooking of three sheet pan dinners using all locally grown vegetables from our Jonesborough Locally Grown network of farms and chicken. First Course: Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetables. The second Course is BBQ Salmon and Summer Vegetables, and the third course is vegetarian Mexican Fajitas—dessert: Blueberry Cobbler and vanilla bean ice cream. We will encourage an attendee recipe exchange, bringing their favorite sheet pan dinner recipes to the class.
