SOURDOUGH BABKA w/ SILK CARTER, JULY 28TH at 6 PM, $65 PER PERSON

In this cooking class, participants will learn how to make babka, a sweet braided bread that has its roots in Poland and Ukraine. The class will cover the process of making the dough and tips for rolling and braiding the sticky dough. To add variety, participants will make cinnamon and chocolate fillings for their babkas. The class is open to bakers of all levels and promises to be a fun and engaging experience.
