Join Josh Plesh, head chef at Timber Restaurant, to learn the techniques that make an incredible Smashburger unforgettable: properly heating the griddle, smashing for maximum crust, seasoning for flavor, and building layers that balance richness and crunch. We’ll also take the time to master true caramelized onions, showing you how patience and heat transform simple onions into something extraordinary. To round out the meal, we’ll prepare oven-roasted fingerling potatoes and a fresh, crunchy broccoli slaw that brings brightness and balance to the plate. And because no great burger night is complete without dessert, we’ll finish with homemade ice cream sandwiches, featuring freshly baked cookies and locally made vanilla ice cream from Cares Creamery!
