Join us for a “Slow Love” flow, including gentle Yoga, breathwork, and intentional eating. As we focus on self-love, gratitude, and presence, we acknowledge that we are a work in progress. Enjoy some deliciously themed bites during brunch! Come stretch, breathe, and brunch with us- because love includes yourself! This even will be held on the heated side porch, and is limited to 12 participants.
