Discover garlic scapes’ delightful flavors and versatility in this hands-on cooking class. Garlic scapes are the tender stems and unopened flower buds of hardneck garlic varieties, offering a fresh garlic taste with a mild, sweet flavor. We’ll prepare Garlic Scape Pesto, which we will use in our Savory Frittata with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Spinach, & Shiitake Mushrooms. Green Goddess Scape Dressing will be used on our fresh-from-the-garden Serenity Knoll Salad!
