MOTHER'S DAY TIME AWAY, MAY 12TH, 2:00 to 4:00 PM, $75 PER PERSON

Come celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxing bit of time just for you.  The afternoon will begin with a formal tea prepared by chef Kat McNama.  The tea will include fruit, finger sandwiches,  delicate pastries and lovely desserts along with coffee, tea and mimosas.

While you enjoy the tea service, Lesley Vernon from Appalachian Alchemy will share insights and information about herbs that specifically support women’s health at every stage of life.

To wrap up this little time away, you’ll be treated to a Singing Bowl Sound Bath presented by Rhonda Hubbard.  This hour-long sound experience will leave you feeling pampered and peaceful.  This sound bath will be held in the Pavillion and can be experienced either sitting or lying in a comfortable position, so bring a soft blanket, comfy pillows or other cozy coverings (keeping the weather in mind) to ensure full enjoyment of this unique experience.

Each mom will leave with a gift bag of little treasures to extend the pampering beyond this lovely afternoon.
