Up your pie crust game with new techniques and tricks for the prettiest pies this holiday season! Each participant will make four individual mini-pies. We will be making Cranberry-Apple and Mincemeat pies. Today’s mincemeat includes dried and fresh seasonal fruits and spices soaked in brandy, rum, and/or sherry, with butter replacing the suet used in Victorian times.
