Just in time for the holidays, learn tips and techniques to dress up pies, sweet or savory, focusing on creating decorations from pastry dough. You will get hands-on practice weaving, braiding, cutting out, adding “grace notes,” and baking various pastry dough decorations. We will make lovely miniature savory pies, but these techniques can also be used on sweet pies.
