Argentinian date night! Karla is switching it up with this delicious new menu! You’ll learn to prepare Skirt Steak with Chimichurri and Salsa. Criolla (Creole salsa) is a type of sauce or relish found in Latin American cuisine. It is composed of finely chopped sliced onions, vinegar, tomatoes, garlic, chili peppers, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro.  Smashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables round out the meal.
