This class focuses on breaking down a whole chicken and preparing several meals from it. We will cover techniques for efficiently breaking down the chicken into parts and various recipes that utilize those parts to create multiple dishes. You’ll be preparing Fresh Chicken Burrito Bowls and a Tuscan Bean Soup from the broth we’ll prepare. Homemade Peach Cobbler will round out the meal!
