Join us for an hour of gentle yoga in our open-air pavilion, followed by a delicious and healthy brunch! Yoga sessions are beginner-friendly, and mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets will be available. Restrooms are also available.

We will learn to prepare three distinct Thai dishes, each highlighting different aspects of Thai cuisine: refreshing Salmon & Herb Salad, a comforting, restorative Thai Hangover Meatball Soup, and, a spicy, herbaceous Cauliflower Laab . The class emphasizes hands-on preparation, the importance of fresh ingredients, and the balance of spicy, sour, salty, and sweet flavors.
