In this class, students will learn how to prepare one of the most iconic dishes of Italian culinary tradition: eggplant parmesan. Fresh salmon meatballs, a salad, and sourdough bread will accompany the parmigiana. To end on a sweet note, we will have a typical Italian dessert.
