Friday Evening — Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Story & Savor Night
Begin the weekend with sparkling wine, chocolate tasting flights, and captivating stories of chocolate’s journey from ancient origins to modern indulgence.
Saturday — Flavors & Pairings Mastery
Morning: Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Learn to savor chocolate with all five senses in an interactive tasting workshop.
Afternoon: Time: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM. Discover the harmony of wine & chocolate with guided pairings led by Nacho.
Optional Chef’s Table Fondue Dinner (Saturday Evening) 6 PM
Chefs John and Ashley Kosko lead a festive fondue class featuring savory and cheese fondues, culminating in a chocolate fondue dessert presented by Nacho and Susana. ($95 per person, limited seats)
Sunday — Chocolate Craft & Celebration
Morning: Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Hands-on chocolate workshop — tempering, truffles, and decorative confections. Take home your own chocolate creations.
Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM Farewell brunch, photos with Nacho, and a chocolate gift bag to close the weekend.
