Our attendees who are entertaining in their home for the first time during the Thanksgiving season will learn to prepare a simplified, scaled-down Thanksgiving meal including herb-roasted turkey breast or roulade, fool-proof gravy, simple stuffing, one classic side and one creative side and a quick dessert like pumpkin pots de crème. A delicious wine paring will be offered. For the first time hosts, young couples or newer home cooks. yThis event will be a confidence builder, stress-free and foolproof for their families and guests.
