GALETTES w/ CHEF KARLA GRIMALDI, OCTOBER 24TH at 6PM, $65 PER PERSON

A trio of galettes with a twist, perfect for holiday entertaining. We will be using phyllo dough instead of traditional pastry dough to create Pumpkin & Feta with sage and ginger marmalade, Fresh Fig with local goat cheese & honey, and a Pear cranberry galette with toasted pecans, perfect with vanilla bean ice cream.
